It's getting close to the busy time of the year and my word are we being bombarded by stuff to do and things to buy and people to be! It's also a time when we might make a mistake, an omission, send an email to the wrong person/group... Often when this happens we re-run the scenario and go round and round in circles making the mistake seem a lot worse than it actually is . As a coach I don't think we need to be quite so hard on ourselves. We are human - more on that below.*
