A short and sweet post to wish you all a very Happy Christmas and to those in the Northern hemisphere Happy Winter Solstice.

Having got up for a quick yoga sun salutation on the Summer Solstice I felt it only right to do so for the Winter Solstice too - almost 4 hours later. Still good to see the sun rise isn't it?
Wishing you all a very happy and joy filled Christmas. This year's top tip is to pause:
Pause to take a break from work and the general busyness
Pause social media
Pause to look around you
Pause to think if you really need to say it.
But mostly, pause to enjoy it all.
