Why aren't you doing it now?

And just like that… it's been a hot minute.
I stepped away from coaching for a while — mainly due to family matters. My mum died in December '23, and after that, I found it hard to get back into the swing of things.
So I processed it all. Did the legal stuff. Took some time. Adjusted. Remembered how to enjoy life again. Yes! I went on holiday - a few times
And now, here I am — ready to step back in.

In all honesty, it wasn’t a neat, linear process.
More like: stops and starts. Surges of energy and sudden lethargy. Heaps of reflection, and plenty of staring into space.
You could say I went through one of life’s big transitions…
Then recently, after a long chat about my coaching work over the years, someone asked me:
"So... why aren’t you doing it now?"
Good question.
It made me remember all the things I love about coaching:
Observing shifts in people
Witnessing those brilliant “AHA!” moments
Meeting people I might never otherwise meet
Deeply connecting
So — if you're in a stage of transition too (career, life phase, relocation… or just a general sense of "what now?"), and you're considering some coaching...
Drop me a message or give me a call. Let’s chat.
Nicola
